Fittrus, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Used or damaged items caused by the customer
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personal care or hygiene-related products (if applicable)

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified about the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or the wrong product is received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to provide a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
